ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
- All questions must be completed and the nominee’s CV attached before the form can be submitted.
- Incomplete entries can be saved for further amendments (please click the save button at the end of the form ) an automated email with your personal link will be sent to you for you to return and complete your entry.
- Entries must be submitted or authorised by the nominator.If you are self nominating you must provide full detail of your referee.
- Each of the six questions should be answered and each answer must not be more than 300 words.
- In addition to the six questions, please complete the summary, summarising your entry in no more than 300 words.

ENTRY CONDITIONS
- Nominees must be British nationals OR employed in the UK hospitality industry.
- Nominees must be under the age of 30 on 2 February 2008.
- Incomplete nominations will not be considered.
- Closing date for entries is Friday 29 February 2008
- Judging will take place on Friday 11 April 2008. Winners will be notified within two weeks.
- Winners MUST be available to attend the presentation at Malmaison Oxford, 3 Oxford Castle, New Road, Oxford, OX1 1LD on 15 and 16 June 2008. Each winner will receive a gold colour Acorn badge and commemorative plaque. Winners will be invited to join Oak, made up of past winners of this award.
